Most orders will ship within 10-14 business days from the date of payment. Items will not ship until PayPal payment clears. All packages will be sent via USPS. If for some reason a order is not able to be processed due to issues with the frames or lenses we will cancel the order and a full refund will be issued.
Buyers remorse happens and we completely understand. But here at Average Joe’s Eyewear we do try to ensure that your glasses are processed and delivered to you in a timely manner, therefore if you wish to cancel your order please do so within 24 hours of the original purchase time. Please send us an email at [email protected] and include your name, invoice number and a brief explanation. We will then gladly reverse the charges, upon approval. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to process. (This time can vary from bank to bank), see below for return and exhange policies.

This includes but is not limited to, pupillary distance (PD) and accurate prescription (RX) information. The customer is verifying that the information entered from their prescription has been copied correctly from a valid, non-expired eyeglass prescription written for them from a valid Optometrist or Ophthalmologist.
